Supergreens Overnight Oats

A healthy and easy breakfast of oatmeal with blueberries, chia seeds and spirulina that you leave in the fridge overnight. The next morning you only have to top it off with your favorite fruit, nuts or seeds.

What do you need?

  • 45 grams of oatmeal
  • 80 grams of vegetable yogurt
  • 160 ml vegetable milk
  • 1 tablespoon of chia seeds
  • 60 grams of blueberries
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon grated coconut flakes
  • 30 grams of spirulina from Supergreens

How are you?

  1. Mix the vegetable milk with the oatmeal, cinnamon and spirulina;
  2. Add the chia seeds and mix well again;
  3. Pour the mixture into a glass or bowl;
  4. Let it sit overnight in the refrigerator;
  5. Top it off the next with the yogurt, blueberries and grated coconut flakes.
