Guacamole met verse spirulina

Guacamole with fresh spirulina

Guacamole, an all-time favorite dip! Delicious as a dip, but also on bread or on a cracker. This recipe is also super healthy and nutritious because fresh spirulina has been added!

What do you need?

  • 2 ripe avocados
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 red onion
  • Half a tomato
  • 1 chili pepper
  • juice of 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 15 grams of fresh spirulina
  • salt pepper
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon fresh coriander leaf

How are you?
1. Press the garlic and cut the onion into very small pieces. Wash the tomato, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small cubes. Chop the chili pepper very finely. Do you like spicy? Then leave the seeds. Prefer a little less? Then choose to remove the seeds.
2. Mash the avocado in a small bowl. Then add the garlic, fresh spirulina, onion, tomato and pepper and mix well.
3. Season the guacamole with some lime juice and the herbs. Mash and mix everything well.
4. Serve the guacamole in a bowl and enjoyyyy!
